I designed and build this special 48" x 48" scroll saw.
When I need to cut larger panels I'll make a larger saw table.

All of the edges of the panels of our panels get sanded smooth before  spray priming. Then they are surface sanded before painting. If a second coat of paint is needed, they are lightly surface sanded again!

  This large single panel is another style we can do for you. It is 22" x 78". Using our pivoting hardware, it can easily be rotated to any angle or orientation. Link several together!
